1. Service Agreements

All software engineering, POS deployment, web design, and consulting engagements with VJ Groups (Fantastic Web Solutions) are governed by mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

2. Source Code & Intellectual Property

Upon complete settlement of contractual milestone invoices, 100% of custom source code, design assets, and intellectual property rights are fully assigned to the client.
