Cancellation Policy, Shippping and Refund Policy.
The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, user understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within above mentioned timelines.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our products irrespective of the cart value. Octroi charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne and paid by the Company and not by the Customer.
In case User books order of multiple products in one transaction, the Company would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If User purchases multiple products in single transaction, then the products can be shipped at the different addresses within the same pincode choosen individually by the user at the time of checkout.
How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?
The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked on the product page once the pincode is entered.
Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you add the product to the cart. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pincode and check the availability.
How will the delivery be done?

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold by VJ Groups.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
If you wish to return a mobile device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. VJ Groups shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).
